FAQ Returns

If you do not like an item or a piece does not fit you, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. The return shipment is free of charge for you (Except for bulky items).


Registrierte Kunden: Registered customers: You can register a return in your customer account yourself. You will then receive an e-mail with a DHL returns label (Germany and Austria only) and our returns form. If you are an international customer, please return the item at own cost.


Guest order: You can register a return via your order confirmation. The link to do so is in the order confirmation you received by e-mail. You will then receive an e-mail with a DHL return label (Germany and Austria only) and our returns form. If you are an international customer, please return the item at own cost.


Alternatively, write us an e-mail to info@anstoss24.de with the subject "Retoure" and the order number. You will then receive an e-mail with a DHL returns label and our returns form.
Please remember to fill out the return form attached to the e-mail and enclose it with your return!
As soon as we have received the return, you will receive an e-mail to inform you about the processing. You will receive a refund within 5 business days.

Yes, as soon as we have received the return, you will receive an e-mail from us for your information.

The credit will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the return.
