The delivery time of the particular products can be found in our online shop at the single articles information. For international shipping it can take some days more.
Delivery days are Monday until Saturday. Delivering to a DHL Packstation (Germany only) is possible. (Exception: bulky items).
Delivery period
In the case of goods individually customized according to the customer's wishes, the correction template is created within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract. The execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods are created within 7-10 days after approval of the correction template (with agreed advance payment after receipt of payment), if nothing different has been indicated in the offer.
As far as no other time limit is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 2-3 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 4-6 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one common shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is based on the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
We offer DHL Express shipping to Germany for select products. An item eligeble for express shipping will be marked at checkout.
Bulky goods and Freight are exempt from express shipping.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your invoice and the DHL tracking number.
Freight cannot be tracked.
