35 grams RECOVERY SHAKE FAST CARB in 0.25 litre rice or almond milk, alternatively water
During the game and during a strenuous training session (e.g. fitness training) we strongly recommend the FAST CARB product. When warming up before the game and during a relaxed training session we recommend the SLOW CARB product.
Store in a cool and dry place. After mixing, FAST CARB should be consumed within one day.
