Absolute premium training ball from DERBYSTAR. The Brillant TT Dual Bonded (Team Training) is one of the best training balls currently available on the market.
The ball is made with the new and innovative ball technology of the Brillant TT Dual Bonded&(Team Training);dual-bonded technologyThe first step is to glue all panels from the outside at their edges. In the second production step, the panels are then additionally bonded from the inside with foam parts, which provide the particularly popular soft-touch feeling for players. The ball feels very soft, which raises the quality of play to another level. After the drying process, the ball is dried with the help of a special dryer;720 double stitches and 60 corner stitchesSewed together and finally closed with a double knot.
Parallel to the first two manufacturing steps, a laminated bladder is produced from an ordinary butyl bladder by gluing specially manufactured textile fibres. This functional textile fibre layer on the bladder replaces the undergluing that is found on the panels of hand-sewn balls;
This special construction gives the BRILLANT TT Dual Bonded its incomparable dimensional stability and guarantees an ultimate protection against water and dirt. In addition, the ball reaches an even higher speed when shooting. This makes the highest level of finishes a reality, while the trajectory and aerodynamics of the ball are not affected and remain extremely stable and realistic.
All DERBYSTAR soccer balls are made of PU material and are therefore PVC-free. As a result, they are softer and more precise to play, their trajectory is more stable, their jumping behaviour is more precise and they remain supple even at low temperatures. PU balls have a much longer life span than PVC balls. The playing properties are further improved by the fine-grained structured surface.
Due to the special butyl-bladder the ball stays as round as possible. Together with the integrated Balance weight at the opposite end of the valve, the 7-wing concept guarantees a perfectly balanced football with a lively bounce.
Due to the double-lock valve the DERBYSTAR models have a high air tightness and therefore reduce air loss to a minimum. This saves the tiresome process of inflating the ball before each use.
DERBYSTAR footballs are suitable for all court and weather conditions, as their outstanding workmanship provides optimum protection against the penetration of water and dirt.
