The ELF Sports Power Band is a multifunctional training aid as it is in the book;
The Strength of the training band can be adjusted according to the training level. By the colour you can see how much resistance a band gives. In the following the colours are assigned to the respective category:
Red = Light
Purple = Medium
Green = Strong
The band is 208 cm long and can be used universally for Force building can be used. The most common application is when you stand on the band and pull/push towards the sky.
